We offer tiered discounts based on the number of offices your organization services:

  • Up to 49 Offices: 20% Discount
  • 50–99 Offices: 30% Discount
  • 100+ Offices: 40% Discount

Example: A DSO with 60 offices

  • Retail Price: $1,999 x 60 = $119,940
  • Discount: 30% of $119,940 = $35,982
  • Total Price: $119,940 – $35,982 = $83,958

2. Group Offices

Designed for practices with multiple locations:

Minor Group Offices (Up to 4 Offices)
  • 5% Discount

Example: A group with 3 offices

  • Retail Price: $1,999 x 3 = $5,997
  • Discount: 5% of $5,997 = $299.85
  • Total Price: $5,997 – $299.85 = $5,697.15
Major Group Offices (5+ Offices)

• 10% Discount

Example: A group with 6 offices

  • Retail Price: $1,999 x 6 = $11,994
  • Discount: 10% of $11,994 = $1,199.40
  • Total Price: $11,994 – $1,199.40 = $10,794.60

3. Individual Owned Dental Offices

  • Single Office: Retail Pricing at $1,999

Includes up to 10 users.

4. Dental Educational Institutions

  • All Accredited Dental Schools: 30% Discount

Example:

  • Retail Price: $1,999
  • Discount: 30% of $1,999 = $599.70
  • Total Price: $1,999 – $599.70 = $1,399.30

Package Details

• Retail Pricing: $1,999 per office (includes up to 10 users per office)

• Additional Users: $99 per user per year

  • Must maintain a base account
  • Annual payment required upfront

  • No substitutions or custom courses available

• Support:

  • Provided exclusively via email

Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: All payments must be made annually in advance via credit card.
  • Invoicing: Detailed invoices will be provided upon request.
  • Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment is received.
